Started with AT&T, “actually AT&T stole our service from another company we were with at that time. Verizon when acquired, was good for a number of those 23 or 24 years, but for the last 5 or more years the company seemed to care little about good service and more about poor equipment. I thanked the young men and women who have taken the phone call and came out an attempted to correct the problems, which was more than likely a broken connection box which caused disrupted service during inclement weather, which the local company could / would not allow them to repair. I could go on but what would be the point. we have finally made the decision to cancel our service with verizon.
