1984โ€“1993: Founding

In 1984, Liu Chuanzhi founded a company named New Technology Developer, Inc. with a team of around ten engineers. They only had 200,000 Yuan to operate the company. A meeting for the preparation of the company was conducted on 17th October 1984. In 1985, the structure of the company was decided.
